2026 Tennis All-Star Athlete Recommendation (1)

This form is the official online recommendation form for each athlete being recommended for any all-star team and must be submitted twenty-four hours prior to meeting of the All-Star Selection Committee. Athletes will not be considered eligible for selection to NMHSCA All-Star Games unless the form has been completed and submitted online. It is important that you only nominate those athletes that have shown character and class through the season and year. Please only nominate those athletes that will show up to the games and that carry themselves in a proper way.
