INSTRUCTIONS
This form is to be completed at the conclusion of the district meeting, and all district head coaches who are members of the New Mexico High School Coaches Association should participate in the meeting and sign this form.
Each district’s athletes may be rated for the following positions:
| 1) Pitcher |
2) Catcher |
| 3) Infield |
4) 1B |
| 5) Outfield |

The rating of the district’s athletes in the order they appear on this form shall be the order in which they will be considered for placement on the All-Star Teams by the All-Star selection committee, as per NMHSCA selection policy.
DO NOT place an athlete on the form unless they have confirmed they plan to participate. Please contact each athlete directly during your meeting to ensure their commitment.
Schools will be required to pay the athlete registration fee, even if an athlete withdraws from the All-Star event once selected.
No alternates will be selected.
This completed and signed Form A must be submitted the Friday PRIOR to "Selection Sunday."
This form must be signed by ALL district head coaches to attest that the rating of athletes has been agreed upon by each of the district coaches. IF YOUR DISTRICT MEETS VIRTUALLY, THE COACH RECORDING THE SELECTIONS MAY SIGN FOR THE GROUP AND SHOULD INDICATE IN THE ADDITIONAL INFO SECTION THAT THE MEETING WAS CONDUCTED VIRTUALLY AND ALL HEAD COACHES ARE IN AGREEMENT.
