All-Star Game Refund

With tremendous regret and sadness, the NMHSCA Board of Directors voted to cancel the 2020 All-Star Games due to COVID-19 and New Mexico state regulations. The purpose of this form is to provide all-star registration refunds in accordance with the directives of the NMHSCA Board of Directors. All refunds will be mailed within 7 working days of receipt of the NMHSCA All-Star Refund Form. Those individuals that choose to receive their medal and or choose to receive a 2020 All-Star Souvenir T-shirt will have the option to do so during the refund process.

This form is for all-star athletes that completed their individual all-star registration process including payment. This form is not for the large majority of basketball athletes.

Please complete this form ASAP. Check will be mailed within 7 business days after the form is completed and submitted.

The NMHSCA will deduct $30.00 from your total refund in order to reimburse the NMHSCA a portion of time and money spent in organizing and preparing for the all-star games.
