All-Star District Rating: Volleyball INSTRUCTIONS This form is to be completed at the conclusion of the district meeting, and all district head coaches who are members of the New Mexico High School Coaches Association should participate in the meeting and sign this form. Each district’s athletes may be rated for the following positions: 1)Setter 2) Outside hitter 3) Middle blocker 4) Libero/defensive specialist The rating of the district’s athletes in the order they appear on this form shall be the order in which they will be considered for placement on the North-South teams by the All-Star selection committee, as per NMHSCA selection policy. This completed and signed Form A must be provided to the chairperson of the All-Star Team Selection Committee prior to the start of the selection committee meeting. This form must be provided to the Chairperson of the All-Star Football Team Selection Committee prior to the start of the Selection Committee meeting. If a district chairperson is not able to make the meeting, he/she must make arrangements to provide this Form A and all player recommendation forms to the All-Star Selection Committee Chairperson before the start of the Selection Committee meetings. This form is to be signed by the district chairperson and the district head coaches to attest that the rating of athletes have been agreed upon by each of the district coaches.
